Schöne Unterkunft am See, geräumige Zimmer, gutes Essen. Etwas weit von Supermarkt und Restaurants

Väldigt fin anläggning, men där mat och service inte riktigt motsvarar förväntningarna för den här typen av koncept. Maten var långt under standard för den här typen av hotell, och servicen var också inte på rätt nivå.

Hotel polozony w pieknym miejscu. Widok z pokoju niesamowity, pod warunkiem, ze ma sie pokoj z oknami na jezioro i gory. Obsluga zrobial bardzo dobre wrazenie. Zarezerwowalam pokoj z widokiem, jednak dostalam taki ktory mnie nie satysfakcjonowal. zglosilam obsludze i dostalam przepiekny apartament. Jestem bardzo zadowolona. Jedzonko pyszne!

Beautiful, modern, ckean property in a stunning location overlooking the lake and mountains. Great facilities, perfect for a spa weekend. We will be back! Downside: it is a very big hotel, with lots of guests which can result in noises in the corridors, crowds and queues at breakfast buffet, in the spa and long waiting time at the reception desk. Sadly none of the guests was wearing face masks, none of the cleaning staff either (only in the restaurant the masks were mandatory). So we felt uncomfortable being inside of the hotel at a time when Covid-19 infections are rising. The gym is supposed to have a 1 guest only rule but we saw 3-4 people exercising the the fitness centre at the same time. The hotel could do more by asking all guests to wear masks and maintain distance.

Hotel ist zu empfehlen , Pool und Masageanlagen sind zu empfehlen man muß nur aufpassen das man nicht zu den Stoßzeiten geht. Zimmerservice habe ich in den vier Tagen unseres Aufenhalts nicht einmal gesehen. Also Zimmer wurde nicht einmal sauber gemacht. Trotz Schild an der Zimmertür. Handtücher wurden auch nicht gewechselt. Frúhstück war ausreichend und große Auswahl.

Der Getränkeservice am Wellnessbereich funktioniert NICHT einwandfrei (abräumen und regelmäßige Nachfrage). Das Restaurant mit Bar ist aber nur eine Räumlichkeit weiter.. Dafür ist der Wellnessbereich einfach genial, Getränke im Pool sind kein Thema ;) Saunafreunde kommen auch auf ihre Kost. Ansonsten ist es eine schöne gemütliche Hotelanlage mit traumhaften Ausblick. Wir waren zum zweiten Mal mit unserem Baby dort und werden das Hotel bald wieder besuchen. Ob für min. 2 oder 5 Nächte, es lohnt sich! Unbedingt ein Zimmer mit Seeblick buchen und an die Wollmütze denken :)

Obsługa nie starała się, bardzo długo czekało sie nawet na kawę. Obiekt jak na tak krótkie działanie jest zniszczony.

Fantastyczne miejsce na weekend!

Hotel ma bardzo dobre położenie. Z tarasu i restauracji możemy podziwiać Karkonosze. Wnętrza są przemyślane, utrzymane w nowoczesnej architekturze z elementami ozdób nawiązujących do regionu. Miła obsługa, liczne atrakcje.
