Das Hotel ist sehr schön gelegen und sehr modern eingerichtet. Die Straße hört man im Poolbereich des Hotels nicht. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist unglaublich gut und alle Angestellten überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend.

"Dużo do nadrobienia w kwestii obsługi klienta"

Dużo mankamentów serwisowych, warto wdrożyć analizę „customer experience”. Począwszy od bardzo długiego okresu oczekiwania na pokój, poprzez liczne pomyłki w podsumowaniu moich wydatków hotelowych, przez dodatkowo płatną wodę, serwis 20 zł za zamówioną kolację do pokoju, w czasie kiedy nie ma innej możliwości spożywania posiłku! Podgrzewany basen, na zewnątrz, jedna z głównych atrakcji obiektu przez większą część czasu nie zachęcał swoją główną funkcją, ponieważ woda była zimna, może przez ostatnio modowy „boom” na morsowanie, zamęt, jeden lekko sfrustrowany i zdenerwowany ratownik na 42 osoby... Trochę za mało jak na „ najbardziej stylowy hotel w Karkonoszach”. Szkoda, ponieważ lokalizacja i sam obiekt są przepiękne. W moim odczuciu, niestety mocno kuleje tutaj czynnik ludzki i brak profesjonalnego zarządzania.

Schönes neues Hotel - leider Wellnessbereich viel zu klein. Nur 1 Sauna und sehr kleiner Außenpool. Auch innen waren ständig alle Liegen belegt.
