Very accessible and clean

The elevator is small

The breakfast is decent, grab and go, the rooms are large, and quiet. In a safe part of town. Close to restaurants and fast food. The showers have a quick warm up time, and great water pressure.

We have stayed here several times due to its close proximity to the assisted living my father in law lives in. It's always hit or miss. The staff are not very welcoming. Always cold, sarcastic, and dry. The pool and hot tub have been pretty gross the last few times, i.e, visible film and hair floating on top of the water. The beds are mediocre, I wouldn't recommend if you have neck or back issues.

It is surprising that this hotel has maintained its three-star rating in light of several inadequacies. The hotel's restaurant and lounge are currently non-operational. The hotel's facilities are antiquated and do not fulfill the expectations associated with a three-star rating. The televisions are antiquated. The couch in the room is ripped and dirty. This hotel requires a thorough overhaul. We are situated on the ground floor and the noise above our room is unacceptable.

Convenient right off Hwy 97.

The restaurant is closed for the season.

I liked the room had hard wood floors, I wish they would have been clean. I spilled water and went to wipe it up and the towel was black. Dirt & old chewing gum behind the bed. Pleasantly surprised that they had to grab and go breakfast. Slim choices but better than nothing. Having two tvs and two areas was nice, as was the sink in the kitchen area. Staff was extremely helpful and even gave us a late check out with short notice.
