Guests highly rate the convenient location and frequently praise the comfortable beds.
Room was large, however, lean on staff.
Checking in was a breeze. Room was clean and comfortable. Great place to stay while traveling. Parking was safe and accessible. Lots of places to eat nearby.

USMy stay came at the end of a very long stressful drive from North Central Washington. I was literally shaking by the time I checked in. It was the best to check in with a friendly customer service agent like Neveah. My room was very clean, comfortable & spacious. I was finally able to relax & recharge to prepare to get to my brother's house in California, as he and his wife are both dying of cancer. He is 64 years old. Thank you Shilo Inn!!
This was an okay place to stay. It doesn't have some of the amenities of similar type properties, but it is also less expensive. The first night, the sheets on the hide-a-bed were dirty. On our return trip, we just asked for clean sheets and a blanket when we checked in and they were very nice about giving them to us. With all the kitchen facilities, it didn't have any eating utensils/dishes, which was a surprise, but fortunately, we had our own. We would probably stay there again if it were needed.
Clean room and friendly staff. I like the wall dividing the bedroom from the sofa/tv area. Nice to have 2 tv’s in the room.
The rooms are spacious and well appointed. Rooms are in really good condition, very comfortable. Drawbacks are there are not enough luggage carts only found one in the morning to leave. The breakfast is all cold items.

Shilo Inn appears to be an older Very nice place that is suffering in an area of declining economy. Clean and good place to stay. But it's obvious they are running on a minimal staff and differed maintenance. I do recommend and may stay again...hope the area and Shilo can get an econ boost!
