Noosa Holiday Accommodation

Good location. But that was only how we felt- we felt We couldn't wind roller blinds up on any windows in the unit because the neighbor's window looked directly back at us. However, some other people may not even care. As we said, the location is superb! 👌👍

Loved the location, the facilities, the accommodation, close to the Ferry, the Mariner, Tewantin Village, beautiful Restaurant, it was wonderful!

The keyless entries were not user friendly!

Everything is great here. The view is beautiful, and the location is very nice as it is near the sea and the wharf where people head out for sea fishing. The room is spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The host is very friendly and helpful; he assisted us with check-in, provided clear instructions, and offered support. The staff there are honest and trustworthy. I realized I left my AirPods during my stay until I returned to the state I live in. They helped me find them and kindly posted them back to me. I truly appreciate their integrity and thoughtfulness! This is truly a 'to-be-stay' resort. I would definitely consider to stay there again.

Loved the pool Very convenient to Marina and ferry to Noosa Air con in main area and bedroom Host always answered calls and assisted Restaurant and local coffee Additional pillows/blankets etc

Door lock system was very clunky Master bedroom light was extremely dim - no point to it Basic items missing such as - multi purpose kitchen spray, clothes air dryer(rack), adequate toilet rolls. Knives in kitchen all very blunt

Lovely little apartment with everything you need for a few days holiday including own allocated parking bay. The location Is on a holiday park/complex and has 3 lovely swimming pools in the middle, 1 is heated. The apartment was clean, comfortable and the bed very comfy. The TV has netflix/disney+ etc so nice to just chill out in there or explore the area. Backs onto a lake/river and the sunset from the balcony or waters edge was absolutely beautiful. Mike was great to keep in touch with, from arrival he talked us through check in and replied throughout our stay. The apartment does have free laundry facilities which were great after a day in the national park.

This isn't down to Mike and more of a site issue but there was not enough loungers round the pools, literally 3 large pools with maybe 4 loungers per pool but lots of empty tables and chairs as people wanted to sunbathe/lounge. Mike warned us about this on arrival and pest services did attend during our stay but if you don't like creepy crawlies I would probably avoid. Due to the location being next to the water we had lots of roaches getting in, especially In the night. It wasn't a massive issue and we just caught what we could be we've never had this issue before even when camping. Last very minor issue was the toaster being taken as it was broken, we were advised we would get another as we'd bought breakfast items knowing we had a toaster but this was never replaced which was a shame. If you don't have a car and want to explore noosa/noosaville I would maybe rethink as its a long walk and not loads to do directly around.

The resort itself was very nice. The bathroom and the bedroom were good and clean.

The arrival was complicated because no one was there in person. The hallway smelled old and when we got into the apartment it was extremely smelly because the garbage was not taken out and the kitchen and dishes were very dirty. Disgusting! after we cleaned ourselves, we got a pack of pralines as compensation. nice, but it doesn't help either.
