Noosa Holiday Accommodation

The location was handy for kayaking and walking distance to Noosa Harbour.

The unit was clean but tired and outdated. Couch was not at all comfortable.

The location is a bit misleading - it is far more on the Tewantin side than Noosaville, so it would be good to put that. It's over 5km out of Noosa itself, and although it is on a bus route it's misleading, Also, there is not an allocated parking space for each car, so we had to park the car about half a dozen doors away from our actual door. The car park shared between the people upstairs and us was given priority to the people upstairs as 'they pay more'. So, out of 3 nights, we only had the car park for one night! There is no hot plate or internal cooking facilities (except a microwave) to cook in the actual little unit, so you can only heat, not cook your meal! Noosa can cost a bit to eat out, so it would've been far better value for money to have a double plate for cooking and using even just one pot and a wok or something similar. Our room faced indirect to the sun too, so we could see the swimming pool, but no sun with it!

Easy to find & spacious 1br apartment. Basic essentials provided.

The host was extremely condescending when explaining the electronic entry lock (which didn't end up working) Very basic fittings with little effort to create any atmosphere. The bathroom window - in the actual shower - is jammed 3 inches open. Making for FREEZING air on you ALL the time you're in the room. I'm sure it helps prevent mould build up, but putting on a well functioning exhaust fan would have the same result without the discomfort! The light in the bedroom is so dull you hardly notice the difference when it's turned on. Most of the utensils & pots/trays in the kitchen were dirty. The oven interior & rakes filthy. The complimentary small long life milk container top was punctured & thus already open. God knows how long it had been left like that! I'd have mentioned these concerns directly to the host, however, as he didn't respond to a text about the carparking I made 2 days ago, didn't see the point! So - once inthe door, host communication has been non existent. It was affordable & in a location which made access to Noosa relatively easy. The Vietnamese restaurant at the entrance to the resort complex is quite good.

Great location. Nice dinner service. I should have read the guide better. Good sized fridge. Facilities at resort ok.

Parking bay a nightmare. Kitchenette tiny. Not set up for cooking, only microwave style meals or cold meals/salads. Air conditioner sounded like 747 taking off under premises Noise from unit upstairs guests walking? Strong obnoxious smell- drains? Electronic entry was not user friendly on unit door. No dramas on outer door. And never had sn issue at other places I've stayed.

Very clean. Kitchen very well stocked. Bed brilliant.

Couch little bit uncomfortable but realise it was a put-you--up and that is what they're like.

Off street parking and a good sized property

Kitchen utensils and pots/pans need replaced urgently. Remarks made about dyslexic people while receiving keycodes is just not a good look.

Much better than the photos, really comfy, very well thought out room, loved the addition of drinks in the fridge

Locks were a bit annoying to work out but were fine afterwards
