The area

The bed needs to be changed. Didn't know it was more for older people. Wifi reception is poor, and we couldn't find any channels on the TV..

No keys it's a coded access one for the outer door to the common and one for access to the unit. It was reliable and easy to navigate. In my previous review I said there was no cooking facilities BUT that was not entirely correct and my meaning was centred around a cooktop and oven. The unit does come with a microwave, plates and cups and other pantry and cutlery items

Not the fault of the owner at all but the parking was a little tight because of the landscaping but achievable

It was perfect 😊

Pleased with Genius 3 status & had an upgrade as I've stayed previously in ground floor units and the noise above is definitely frustrating at this Resort. The room was clean, tidy and the bed was very comfortable. Old school cooking facilities of oven/hotplate but it did the job 🙂 The outdoor balcony was a tranquil place to have dinner, bar the mosquitoes at night which I guess can't be helped being close to the lake.

I found the male owner quite condescending when explaining the check in lock system. Many private owners generally text/email instructions for the convenience of guests via booking.com. I understand that it's for security but surely after each guest you can change the lock system, in order for guests to have this at hand & written down. Over the phone instructions whilst you're arriving holding bags at hand & trying to memorise two different lock systems wasn't ideal. Constructive feedback is helpful for all types of guests!!
