The hotel is good with the good beds and clean rooms with good smell and nice people

We originally booked the room with the impression that it included a kitchenette. However, upon arrival, we found there were no utensils, dishes, or a dishwasher. We specifically requested a non-smoking room, but the room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. Before checking out, we even discovered a cigarette butt under the air conditioner. On the second day, the neighboring room’s air conditioning exhaust was filled with the smell of marijuana. This created an unpleasant and unhealthy environment, especially for my toddler and pregnant wife. I would not recommend this place to anyone — especially families with young children or expecting mothers.

Front desk service and check-in went fine. The young lady was friendly and professional. The room, however, was horrible. I'm not super picky and while I prefer higher end hotels when traveling with friends and family, when I travel solo seriously a DaysInn, QualityInn, Motel 6 level hotel to shower and sleepnwork fine. Average mid-range, no problem...but this place makes the above mentioned seem like the Waldorf. Tattered carpet, curtains had holes, broken security latch, rusty shower, and the room smelled. I'm sorry, can't soften the blown, this was horrible. I checked in at 3pm and left at 9pm because I couldn't sleep passed the smell. I even tried sleeping with my head under the covers (don't laugh I've slept on airport floors after missing a connection and felt more comfortable and in a cleaner environment. I weighed my options and left after realizing I wouldn't be able to rest anyway. Wound up sleeping in my vehicle at a rest stop and no regrets. Lost $113 though (price hike for 4th of July) but I don't regret leaving. It was my own lack of planning that put me there, and the photos online make it look clean and appealing. It's not.

This could be a decent place to stay but It was actually the WORST I’ve stayed at. First there were ROACHES, a lot too. We slept with the light on all 3 nights to keep as little roaches as possible from coming out. We even found one in our bed. Then I paid for a NON smoking room. When I arrived to check in they said that there are no more non smoking available…then said they newly renovated a room that no one has stayed in so It won’t smell like smoke. At first it didn’t until the neighbors in the smoking rooms sections of the hotel showed up. We left for the day and came back and our whole room smelled like smoke. Our microwave didn’t work so I heated our food up in the office. They told me they would bring a new microwave by, which never happened. And the smoke detector chirped day and night! They were renovating the rooms next to us, starting their drilling and banging at 6 AM making it impossible to sleep. The staff is very kind and the room is spacious. Could be a nice place but is terrible.

It was what I expected for the price. It's appears it waa recently the Econo as the phone, and all the items says this. The receptionist waa nice, and the room was clean. Good enough.

Smell of smoke inside the room and wont give me another one and no refund. Place didn't fell safe at all.

They were under going renovations when I had my trip but honestly didn't effect me at all you get what u payed for and me and my people were happy slept comfortably and only like a 24 min drive from the beach very nice hotel
