All around needs to get it together. Ac leaked, room was half cleaned

I rented two rooms and both had roaches. The towels were so thin and stained. The bed blanket had dog hair

Very dirty and unsafe. Property also used as a weekly hotel. Slum lord comes to mind.

No towels in room. Light bulbs out or broken lamps.

The worst experience in a hotel I ever experienced. There is no remote to the TV, Chairs are really dusty, The Towels are terrible, the main door to the room has gaps on the bottom, no wifi. The manager at the Hotel was not so friendly..... sorry, it was not a pleasant visit. The best part of the hotel was the air conditioner in the room was working

The people working in office the staff workers no good the beds were nasty i hope they closed their place down

This is THE WORST hotel that I have experienced. We were looking for lodging after a long drive from Tenn to Texas. The first room was DISGUSTING!!! The covers had stains on them, the refrigerator was NASTY and the micr owave had burnt caked food in it. We were shown another room which the front desk person said was “better” and it was just as bad as the first! We immediately asked for a refund!!! He did not know how to process the refund!!! This hotel does not DESERVE TO BE ON ANY LIST FOR A COMFORTABLE CLEAN PLACE TO REST BECAUSE IT IS FAR FROM THAT!!! June 2021 I would not recommend. Room is half-way clean but not best place to stay. AC doesn’t work. Took me 4 trips to office to get my card to work so I could get into room. It’s a bed and place to stay is about all. Not worth $100/night. Would not recommend and being a biker my standards are not the highest. April 2022 We checked into our first room and it smelled like smoke and musty for a non-smoking hotel. We asked to have a different room. Upon entering the second room, the pillows were thrown on the middle of the bed, no blankets/comforter, and the sheets were wrinkled. One bed hair was found under the sheet and cat food was on the floor next to the bed along with an un-vaccumed floor. The final straw was the door would not stay closed even with the lock on. When we went to the front desk to voice our concerns, the front desk lady was talking on her cell phone and continued her personal call for several minutes as w

I hated this place. The door didn't even shut properly and it was very noisy with people messing around in the parking lot.

Checking in, staff isn’t very friendly. Room smelt like cigarette smoke, though it should’ve been a smoke free room. Water in the shower had no pressure and never even got warm. The TV didn’t work. Rips and holes in the blankets.

The lobby/ office was locked ad not accessible. My first room had no AC or tv remote. There were roaches in my room and there were homeless hanging around outside.
