"Not safe for kids"

Staff was friendly

Unfortunately there was glass in the hallway and my 6 year old cut her foot so that ruined the trip. Multiple people in the hall down from us said the glass had been there for days, so we had to actually call down for staff to clean it up which im sorry that should have been addressed way before we even said something, how many staff walked past that and thought that was okay???? That being said this is definitely not a hotel for kids if safety is your priority.

We stay here every time we visit Pigeon Forge and everything is always great. Nothing to complain about. And its great pricing and a great location and near everything.

I didn't like that i had to leave.
