Econo Lodge Pigeon Forge Riverside

The rooms were clean and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. The property is ideal for traveling families rather than couples seeking a relaxing getaway. We stayed for two nights, which was just right for us. There’s a river nearby and plenty of wildlife to enjoy.

Suited for families and not couples wanting to relax.

The river behind the hotel was a lovely surprise!!! Enjoy sitting out there in the evening.

I like the location and some previous experiences, some good, some ok. It is just location and the water near that we really enjoy.

I didn't like that it took forever to sign in, which they said was internet down, so its understandable. We got sent to wrong room and key wouldnt unlock the door, had to go all the way to the office again. Once inside room, it looked ok, but as I went to the sink, there was a big pubic hair on the counter. So I got kleenex and removed it then it was late checking in so we got ready for bed, half the night, I could smell dog. I am not a dog person and so after 2 hours I got up, sprayed my perfume on me, hands and pillow. We were thinking about staying another night but we just showered, packed and left. This is probably our last stay here after 20 years, it just keeps getting worse. What I would like to know is how do you book a room that doesn't allow dogs. Econo lodge never allowed dogs, but we have seen them lately. Also on booking.com ...it has choices for allows dogs but no choices of ....no dogs allowed. I'd pay extra not to have to smell fido, sickening.
