There were hairs all over bathroom floor. No Kleenex, uncomfortable beds. We requested a river view room and were charged an additional $50. It was a view of the very crowded back parking lot with a dirty river beyond the trees. Did not look like the photos online.

Breakfast was very basic, but did the job.

We liked everything here, the staff was nice, the pool was great, the rooms were clean, we simply recommend it.

Location was perfect which makes it easy to get on and off the parkway.

The lights on the porches at night were really bright so I would like a better way to block it all the way out

Your front desk attendant was pleasant and suggested a restaurant for our dinner when we asked.

The Wifi was out so we could not review our hiking plans for the following day which were saved on my computer. Ugh! There were two bugs in our bathroom. You should spray for bugs. The bed had microfiber sheets which makes us toss and turn because it makes us hot and then cold. We had to change to our cotton sheets that we bring on vacation. Your mattress is most uncomfortable. It reminds me of the physical education mattresses when we did our gymnastics course in high school. Also the hotel is on the main street through town and our hotel room faced the main street. It was loud and the motorcycles woke us up several times throughout the night. The scrambled eggs at breakfast had a funky taste. Yuck! I suggest a new vendor. Lastly, we were finishing our packing and getting ready. There was a rap on the door and before we could get there your cleaning lady opened the door. Wow--what about privacy? Most hotels give the staff a list of rooms once guests have checked out. She apologized, but this should not have happened!!!!

Clean

No wifi, no exhaust fan in the bathroom, no plugins at nightstand, other receptacles wouldn't hold anything plugged in. Remodeling going on old mattresses and furniture sitting out in the parking lot.
