Далековато от города. Нужно брать тук-тук. Нет бассейна.

Got a room with an amazing view to Ella Rock. Hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and were very apologetic regarding the construction noise coming from pool construction. Can't wait to visit again once the pool is open, this is the only thing that was missing in this amazing hotel.

The service was excellent. Especially shanta and camillus and their staff. They arranged transportation for us when our driver cancelled at the last minute and even asked after our welfare after we left.

I had an amazing stay at Ella Flower Garden Resort, and it truly stands out as one of the best places I’ve stayed in Sri Lanka. The resort sits right in the heart of Ella’s natural beauty, offering breathtaking views and a calm atmosphere while still being close enough to reach the town center and major attractions with ease. The food served at the resort was a highlight of my stay. Every dish was full of flavor, fresh, and generously portioned. Whether it was the breakfast spread or evening meals, everything tasted homemade and authentic. It was such a pleasure to enjoy delicious meals while surrounded by the peaceful garden and mountain backdrop. My room was spotless and extremely well-kept. You can clearly see that the staff puts real effort into maintaining cleanliness and comfort. The design was simple yet welcoming, and I appreciated all the small touches that made the space feel extra cozy. The bed comfort was exceptional—soft, supportive, and exactly what you need after a long day of exploring. I slept incredibly well every night. The facilities throughout the property were fantastic. The garden areas are beautifully cared for, the common spaces are relaxing, and everything functions smoothly. Whether I was sitting outside enjoying the view or resting in my room, I felt taken care of the entire time. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed, which made the experience even better. For the price I paid, I genuinely believe the resort offers amazing value for money. The combination of location, comfort, cleanliness, and welcoming service makes it a perfect place to stay in Ella. I left feeling refreshed, happy, and already thinking about my next visit. I highly recommend Ella Flower Garden Resort to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and memorable stay in a stunning environment!

Too much renovation going on.

Too much construction. Looks good on the photos. Breakfast was poor. Room not clean enough.

The view is amazing! It is a good starting point for a hike to Little Adam's Peak and Nine Arches Bridge, a bit calmer than downtown but cafes/restaurants/massage/... around. I got an upgrade to a spacious room with whirlpool, thank you!

The furnishing is not more than functional, a bit sticky and the place lacks details to make it cozy. Only fair to mention: unfortunately, there were cockroaches.
