Staff in restaurant were very helpful and efficient. View from our balcony was excellent

Wifi was non-existent. Most frustrating We could not access our room directly. We had to take a lift to another floor and then use some stairs and walk through a function room. Quite troublesome.

THE BREAKFAST WAS EXCELLENT WITH MANY CHOICES TO FEAST ON.THE STAFF WAS VERY HAPPY AND MADE SURE THAT OUR STAY WAS COMRTABLE.THE ONLY INCONVENIENCE WAS ANAVAILABILITY OF A LIFT TO GO TO THE 5TH FLOOR.

THE PATH WAY TO THE ROOMS WAS SLIGHTLY CROWDED WITH FOLIAGE ESPECIALLY AT NIGHT OTHER THAN THAT OUR STAY WAS ENJOYABLE.THE ROOMS WERE LARGE WITH A FABULOUS VIEW FROM THE BALCONY.

It was an unforgettable stay in my life at Ella Flower Garden Resort.Amazing view from the balcony.Actually there is a comfortable sitting area at the balcony with privacy.We enjoyed the nature and the green from the top floor of the hotel.All the amenities were provided and clean the room daily.Room hygienic was number one.We had their breakfast on buffet was really really tasty.There were a lot of varieties not only from local foods but also western foods too.The staff was totally helped in any time.I had to worked online,got a good WI-FI connection.Finally I received beat service again What I spent.

Recenty i have visited this place for my holidays , this place feels like heaven with its fantastic view and the garden , the rooms were sooper clean . The bed was verry comfortable and the facilities they got in their rooms were fabulous, it worth the money that we paid for our stay and the breakfast was very tasty and delecious . Thank you team for taking care of us and making this stay more memorable.

I had a wonderful stay at Ella Flower Garden Resort in November 2025 and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hotel is beautiful and has the most stunning views. I had a large balcony where I was able to soak in the incredible views of Ella’s nature. My room was huge, modern, and clean and offered plenty of space to relax. A breakfast buffet was included and served in a gorgeous dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the lush nature. There was a wide variety of options, including Sri Lankan dishes. The staff truly made the stay special. Everyone was extremely kind, warm, and attentive, making sure I was always comfortable. I had to leave very early (around 3 am) the next morning for a safari and couldn’t make it to the breakfast buffet, so the hotel thoughtfully packed a breakfast to go for me. They truly went above and beyond. The location is also ideal. The hotel is right by the starting point for Little Adam’s Peak and the Nine Arch Bridge trail, making it super convenient to explore. I absolutely loved my stay and would highly recommend Ella Flower Garden Resort over and over to anyone visiting Ella.

Excellent location

Continuous construction that is taking place. Uncontrolled expansion is destroying the serenity of the area. You look down from the room balcony and see the damage expansion is causing to the environment. So sad.
