the location! excellent view of ella rock and close to town. the staff were amazing and super accommodating. the room was really clean.

there is better food in the town, the restaurant wasn’t amazing. the breakfast is average.

The facilities do not justify the room rate. The breakfast options are extremely limited and the taste is subpar. The reception staff lacks professionalism.

The view is unmatched and excellent. The rooms are also good enough overall. Some staff, especially Lalith was helpful and friendly during the breakfast buffet

The price is too expensive. The rooms and bathroom weren't as big as this room price suggests. AC wasn't working when we came in and the locks also didn't work. Lots of noise. Basically overpriced. Also no lift

Завтрак не вкусный, кофе тоже Были в дождливые и прохладные дни, пришлось спать на осень влажных кроватях Отель в стадии толи ремонта, толи достройки

It was very nice big room and the restaurant also very nice. All the sides its greeny. Flowers and plants all over the hotel. Our super dulux room was very comfortable.

There was nothing acrually. All the things are good and very friendly staff.
