Great commintement and expetation was really valuable.This is my third time in Ella flower garden resort.Daily improvedbin all sides.Staff and service always plus.I always travel for my business purpose.All the aminities supported for my purposes.Alwas i got better wifi,clean room,delicious foods.I really appreciate what i returned which I spent.

Flower garden is a flower garden by the name of it.Had a pleasent and calm stay.Got high speed internet connection for my son's examination for his graduation.We had a wonderful breakfast with a lot of varieties.Staff given us a great service overall.We had good service against what I paid.Great lacation with a amazing view.The restuarant ala carte menu is fantastic.Great stay

It was extra ordinary stay I ever had in Sri Lanka.I got the best service what I paid.Very clean and tidy rooms and atmosphere.The staff was really amazing.I had my office works office to do at home.So I got good WiFi to complete my works in the night.All the amenities in the room beyond my expectations.Any way I got very comfortable service throughout my stay.Definitly will be back again

Me and my family had a fantastic stay here . The facilities were very well maintained and exceeded our expectations.The rooms were spotlessly clean , comfortable and thoughtfully arranged , making our stay very relaxing The is the worthy place for your money which you spent on the holiday , the rooms were very clean breakfast was tasty , the bed was very comfortable for my stay Staff were really friendly with us . Specially the view was very pleasant to enjoy . Overall this is a spectacular place . Highly recommended for a stay

The staff were exceptional from start to finish. The manager, Shantha, provided outstanding service from the very beginning and made the stay feel genuinely welcoming. The reception team, room service staff, restaurant team, and their managers were all attentive, professional, and consistently helpful. I also had a spa treatment, which was exceptional and very well delivered. The hotel’s location is excellent, offering one of the best views in Ella. It is calm, quiet, and perfect for relaxing. The rooms are new, well maintained, and high in quality.

Nothing significant. The overall experience was smooth and very well managed.

Персонал был готов решить любые возникающие вопросы. Номер просторный. Завтрак один день был вкусный, а на второй день - не вкусный, даже нечего было выбрать.

Ремонт в отеле. Шум днем присутствует. Поспать не получится.

A great place to spend your vacation at Ella . We got the rooms with a fantastic view from our balcony. And the breakfast was very tasty . The rooms are worth for the money which we have spent and the room came with all the facilities with high speed WiFi. The bed was perfect and comfortable for us . And the room service was excellent by the staff. Thank you for helping us we won’t forget our stay at here
