Nothing,Very Disappointed!!!! Booking.Com REALLY SHOULD HAVE CHECKED OUT THIS FACILITY Before Putting It On Their Website,VERY DISAPPOINTED,reserved for 2 nights BUT STAYED JUST ONE NIGHT,Lost Money on 2nd Night!!!!!

Reserved a room with two Queen sized beds but the room had two full sized beds.

We really liked the location. But the staff was exceptional!!

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room we were given had non-working outlets, making it impossible to charge our phones, and it reeked of cigarette smoke and marijuana. The smell was overwhelming and completely unacceptable for a hotel stay. We immediately complained to the staff and were shown another room, but it was just as bad and did nothing to fix the situation. The staff was unaccommodating, dismissive, and clearly uninterested in resolving the problem. There was no real attempt to make things right. After leaving, we contacted both the hotel directly and Booking.com to request a refund due to the conditions of the room. Despite these very real and documented issues, the hotel is now flat-out refusing to refund us. This place clearly does not care about cleanliness, basic functionality, or customer satisfaction. Save yourself the frustration and do not waste your money here. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Nothing because they got mad and would not rent the room anymore after taking our money because we asked for clean sheets and to be on the side without the highway

The way we were treated ,talked to and they took 147 and refused us the room because we asked for clean sheets when we stayed in October so they said he was black listed because they said the room was clean but honestly who wants to sleep with someone else's hair on the sheets
