We liked everything the Location was great The room was very modern Clean and very comfortable The staff were very friendly and helpful they even offered free breakfast

Nothing because we didn't get to stay and the money still got taken off my card

We booked a room online and they took our money from our card when we got there they said they couldn't book us a room because my fiance was on the black list ???? Wtf they only got mad because we asked for Clea sheets and towels because there was a hair on the sheets and the one towel had black mold. This was back in October when we stayed there. .the lady in the laundry room got mad because we asked for Clean sheets . She said we cleaned the room. Ok but who wants to sleep in a bed with someone hair ??? Then we asked for a room not near the highway. I'm assuming this motel don't want to be bothered with the extra stuff. And I'm sure they will have a different story but this is exactly what happend ..... we are quiet and Clean people I'm sorry that we wanted a clean bed to sleep in . My money still isn't back on my card..why take My money then deny me a room lmao if he was black listed or whatever she called it wouldn't that pop up before u take the money....something isn't right only after we asked for a different room did they bring up us asking for sheets and towels last time. Make it make sense. This motel got numerous family's living in it with to many people in 1 room anyway and last time we stayed a older woman about 75 fell and nobody helped her but me and my fiance . I didn't even want to pick this motel again but he said it was closest to the walmart and where we needed to go. I'm glad they back listed him because now we are in a motel with no moldy sheets and towels so better for us.
