Lamp was missing in our room. If i had known they had a room with a jacuzzi i would have booked that instead.
The Bed spead Had what look like blood stain on it and had small hole on it i was scare to sleep under the sheets because i was scare if the bed spead had that on it what was under the sheet i did not want to find out so i had a blacket in my car that what we sleep on. To me the room was not clean
I didnt get to stay more than 3 hours. Manager kicked me out of a smoking room for smoking. Threatened to call cops on me, also lied to cops and said i had a weapon and yelling at his wife. He doesnt want to release my deposit. Spent $200 between the room and deposit to stay 3 hours. Room wasnt cleaned before i checked it. Pupic hair all in the bathroom, floor was sticky.
Check in was not easy...they made us pay a $100 incidental deposit and the room was already a mess.
Clean and very well maintained, great service at any given time
The staff was rude, they tacked on a $100 safety deposit out of no where. We had to kill bugs in our room.
The people at the front desk were really nice no breakfast as advertised and on sat night to sunday morning there was front desk clerk fot assistanxe
I had to wait over 10 minutes and called 4 times to check in after getting the room online. The room was not clean. The hot water cuts in and out. The wifi does not cover the whole room. I ordered a room with two queen sized beds. The beds were full size. The manager in the morning stated that there are not queen size beds as shown on the website. There was a $100 deposit required at check in that is not mentioned on the website.
Ladies at front desk were nice. Aside from that DO NOT BOOK. Room REEKED of cigs. Holes in bathroom door ( sh** clearly went down ) Burn holes on the comforter, stains on sheets, definitely not clean and the floors were not properly swept at all. If you need a quick stay, do your thing. But I wouldn’t even trust sleeping on their bedding AT ALL.
Room was unsatisfactory. My room consisted of 2 Queen sized beds, however there was an extra $20 charge foam extra person. Apparently, two people are only able to occupy the room at a time. No alarm clock available. Cigarette burn holes on the bed spread. Ice bucket was filthy. Floor were dusty and black. 20 minutes prior to checkout, the maids were already awaiting our departure, which including standing in front of the doorway chit chatting. Furthermore, my $100 deposit was handed to me in cash however I paid with my debt card. Without thinking twice, I took the cash and left. An hour later, I was called non stop to return $100 cash as the employee made a “mistake.” At that time, I had left town and didn’t plan to return to the area until at least the next day. Needless to say, the cash was returned to them, however the employee working at that time had no clue what I was returning the cash for. All in all, I spent $80 for a just a mere couple hours of my life that I’ll never get back.
