LThe location is prime, offering easy access to local attractions and public transportation. Breakfast is good, featuring a variety of freshly baked pastries, seasonal fruits, and quality coffee. "This Hyatt Place is not a Hyatt Regency."

The staff were kind and helpful. With one of the main two elevators broken (for 98% of my visit) one staff member showed me the way to the freight elevator. Housekeeping accommodated our schedule.

This property did not live up to the name of Hyatt. One of two guest elevators was broken the almost the whole three days. The place appeared run down. The room was small. Housekeeping missed one day at our room. The breakfast was not so bad, but I found myself going elsewhere for a good breakfast.
