We needed a room change due to bugs getting through the windows at night, which was handled efficiently.

Where to start? I'm really struggling to understand how Sheraton receives a 5 star rating for this hotel. The level of cleanliness is really poor. The bathroom is not cleaned properly and has residue and hair from previous guests on the chrome and bath area. Carpets in the room are stained and need a thorough clean. Even the guest slippers had been reused and had dirty soles... and you feel you must wear slippers due to the carpets. The minibar fridges in the rooms are switched off! OK, they do provide ice machines on every floor, but it's odd to have a fridge which you are unable to use.

One of the best Marriott experiences I’ve had in a very long time at Sheraton Grand Warsaw. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed with warmth, professionalism and sincere empathy — something that is becoming increasingly rare in our industry today. A very special thank you to Magdalena from the Head Concierge. She made my stay truly memorable with an incredible suite upgrade, lounge access, complimentary breakfast, and wonderful birthday amenities. The Club Lounge itself was beautiful, elegant and extremely well managed, and the entire experience felt thoughtful and personalized from start to finish. What impressed me the most was not only her professionalism, but her attitude: calm, smiling, kind and deeply empathetic, even while dealing with very demanding requests from my side. As someone working in hospitality myself, I know how difficult our job has become over the years, and seeing someone maintaining such grace, patience and genuine care deserves real recognition. I would also like to mention Maximilian at check-in, who was extremely professional, welcoming, accommodating and efficient. He made the arrival experience smooth and pleasant from the very first moment. Honestly, this is one of the few times I’ve stayed at a Marriott property and felt served with such authenticity, sincerity and human warmth. Congratulations to the entire team at Sheraton Grand Warsaw — this level of hospitality makes all the difference.
