"Zdecydowanie polecam"

Super personel, to największy atut hotelu, bardzo dobre śniadania i super lokalizacja. Ładowarka do samochodów w podziemnym garażu w jego cenie.

Hotel pamiętam jeszcze z pierwszej dekady XXI wieku wtedy robił wrażenie, teraz pokoje wymagają remontu ewentualnie odświeżenia.

Good location, quick check in, comfortable beds, good size rooms. Amazing breakfast. Great selection and quality. Friendly, helpful staff.

A little bit outdated decor. Especially nets in the windows looked a bit weary, hanging sadly.

świetnie zlokalizowany hotel, profesjonalna i miła obsługa, świetne, bardzo urozmaicone śniadanie, dostępność parkingu, wygodne łóżko i poduszki

dzisiaj mija tydzień od mojego pobytu a nie otrzymałem zwrotu depozytu ; przy wymeldowaniu opłata za parking została dodatkowo pobrana z karty a nie z kwoty wcześniej zabezpieczonej, depozyt jest wciąż przetrzymywany przez hotel (to jest powód obniżonej oceny ogólnej hotelu);

The best hotel in all of Warsaw! The most beautiful, clean, and luxurious rooms, the best staff, and a club lounge. The waitress, Julia, is wonderful! She is a very pleasant person to talk to and a wonderful person overall. And friendly staff are always an integral part of a pleasant experience about hotel. There may be other five-star hotels in this city, but for me, the Sheraton Grand is always the best. Every time I stay here, I feel completely at peace, even if I’m only here for a couple of days. I just love it – that’s all!

"Don’t be so pushy on reviews"

Asking for leaving a review while still eating dinner at the lounge makes me want to rate max 3 stars instead of 4 or 5 for an otherwise nice hotel and stay - please don’t be so pushy for reviews, especially if you really want to come over as a 5 star hotel. It makes the atmosphere unnecessarily uncomfortable. A vegetarian option at the lounge would have been nice, too.
