"Close to mall and other stores"

The place is great and very close to the mall and other stores. However, there was no body wash in the room and not enough toilet paper when we arrived.

Windows in the room were left open and i couldn't adjust the thermastat. Kitchen was dirty and the fridge had handwritten notes on it
