Arrived at property at 9 pm from hospital, no room available. Over booked. I had to look all over to find a place to stay. I understand things like this happen, but frustrating, time consuming and expensive

The room was in some disarray when we arrived. The microwave was left open, some towels weren’t put away, the floor didn’t seem to be vacuumed, and the shower had hair and dirt in it.

"I will never stay here again"

This place was dirty. Bathroom was filthy. There was dirt in shower, plus the tub had a grimmy ring. There was trash under the sink which made the room smell. The coach had a large rip and they fixed it with tape. The chair to the desk had two rips.
