"The staff were amazing!"

The staff were amazing and went above and beyond. My son is coeliac and everything at the buffet breakfast is labelled. When asked if one of the items was GF. the chef sent out a special plate for him to eat without being requested. The service was impeccable.

The pillows were the only thing that were a deterrent. We’ll take our own next time.

The location was great! Still close enough for walking distance but far enough to not have the noise of the hustle and bustle of the city. The rooms were spacious and clean(though the bed was a bit hard but that comes to personal preference).

There isn’t any parking if you’re driving there. They have valet parking($50 per night) but only have 12 bays for over 200 rooms. If you miss out on valet parking you have to park your car in the street or in a paid car park which is more than the $50 valet parking. We got the buffet breakfast in the morning it was ok but definitely not worth $35 each. It was very very basic, unless you get it included in the price I would go to a cafe.
