The staff was friendly.

The property wasn’t located near Mall of America neither included a hot tub which was advertised. I could have paid a few more bucks and received parking incentives with a hot tub located directly across the street from Mall of America. I was also disappointed in the breakfast options available which included a few options with no meats.

Location

Halls smelled like pot. No pets allowed but there was a dog that peed in the hall. The picture shows a hot tub but it was cemented over. 1st room had dirty socks under the mattress, a big pile of sawdust on the floor, and was visibly dirty and sticky. Gave us a second room that was slightly better. Got Lysol wipes to ensure cleanliness. The toilet clogged and my husband had to unclog it himself with a very sketchy plunger. Also charged $10 for parking per night which was not disclosed when booking. Told they would waive the parking charges but I see 3 charges on my cc...2 are pending and it has been 5 business days. Will wait 2 more days before calling.

The rooms were clean.

Road construction, but the staff was helpful in detour directions

Service. I was denied check in because I was not informed of the 21+ policy (I’m 19). Staff was extremely unhelpful and just said to take it up with the 3rd party service I used to book (booking.com obviously) and didn’t give any suggestions of what to do. The entrance was also super weird, we had no idea what door to go in. It made no sense.

The room was very large and the lady at reception was very friendly.

The view from the room they assigned me through the window could not be seen outside.

we needed a place to sleep asap and that was provided.

The water pressure in the shower was a 2 on a scale of 1 to 10. The floors were so sticky that we had to carry a washcloth to the bed to wash our feet before we could go to sleep. The elevator smelled . There was an extremely dead tree right next to the parking lot.
