Smoking and vaping are not allowed in living spaces, on balconies and patios, or in common areas. This is a central location and prone to noise. All building amenities are open with additional safety measures in place. There is no cable. We have provided a Chromecast and HDMI cord for streaming. Vacation Rental License No, Arizona TPT 21272237. Paid parking is 15 USD per night and is non refundable and valid from check in to check out. You acknowledge and agree that Sonder is not liable for any loss or damage that may occur to your vehicle or possessions while parked at our facilities.

"Convenient location, clean and comfortable, handy kitchen"

This was a great location, especially arriving late from the airport to find that the Whole Foods just downstairs was open until 10pm. So we could get breakfast fixings and make our own breakfast in the room the next morning. Everything was comfortable and efficient and spotlessly clean. Nice toiletries.

Some of the lights were confusing (or broken?) and we never managed to get them to work properly. Also the whole rigamarole with the fobs was trouble, but the descriptions were clear and we managed it smoothly and understand why it was necessary. It would have been convenient to have more than 1 set of fobs for splitting up as a group. Parking is now $20, for those who want to know.

The bed and blankets

No Tv for 4 days. I don't stream from personal devices. The view of the Parking garage was horrific. Not as advertised. And the place was smoke filled. Couldn't breathe the entire time. Actually got sick from the air quality.

I’ve used Sonder a lot and always exceptional apartments. High standard.

These apartments were in a block and the corridors need some serious cleaning. Lots of bad stains which are off putting.

"Overall an excellent stay in a spacious appartment and great value for money."

Very spacious and well equipped and very good value. Excellent service from Sonder staff when dish washer didn’t work and found us an antennae for the TV as we could not stream our country’s services.

Our room faced to the train track so very loud when the train went past at night, plus the planes coming and going. Water pressure for the shower needs some attention.

The apartment set up.

Being a solo travel safety is one of my biggest concerns. The apartments have key pad locks to enter the unit but there isn’t an additional deadbolt lock or a privacy latch.
