Sonder at Mill Ave

We pretty enjoyed our stay including room space, clean kitchen, full of kitchen wares.

It's a comfortable and spacious place in a very good neighborhood. There is a Whole Foods just outside, and you can walk to ASU and many restaurants.

There is only one fob for the elevators, and if my wife and I had to make arrangements every time we go out separately

Very nice place. Just tge right size and everything you needed was there. Great being right next to Whole Foods.

Perfect location, nice facility, multi-locking points so it felt very safe. Easy access to Mill, Tempe Town Lake and campus. Would recommend to others.

The rooms had roll-up shades but not true curtains. If you need it dark to sleep, this may not be the place for you.

What a beautiful apartment. From now on, I will always stay at Sonder whenever I travel.

The hardest part was getting access to fabs for parking and apartment. This was my first time at Sonder property. I was on the phone for 45 minutes just to get lockbox pass code. But once I got it open I was good. I caught on to the rest. The apartment was spacious and clean. Now that I’m familiar with the process I would stay at Sonder property again.

The property lacks the cleanliness that I would expect from Sonder or anybody else. I was mainly unpleased with the bathroom and property hallways. The elevator is absolutely slow. This property could be saved if it would receive better attention and upkeep. The bathroom tub was looking with water due to drainage issues. The shower head pretty much looked like it had erosion on it, a green and white residue from built up water. I don’t want that on my skin. Let alone do I was to stand in dirty water while showering. The carpet inside the room and in the hallways need to be completely taken up and redone. They have stains everywhere, and I’m not even talking about your typical trash stains. It looks like someone threw bleach all over the floors in the hallways. I didn’t appreciate this property, and the best thing about it had to be the whole foods on the second floor. By the way, the path to get into the parking lot is absolutely too narrow and can cause some serious damage.

Easy check in and out. Safe clean area. Location was good and very affordable. The apartment had a fully functioning kitchen and full size frig, washer, and dryer. Received 2 fobs. One for entering the building and another for the elevator and a remote to enter the garage. That was the only thing I didn’t care for but it wouldn’t stop me from staying there in the future.

The location. Very convenient to transportation and university

The cost. Very expensive for what you received. For the price the view was horrible.
