The room is beautiful with a big space and a high ceiling! It's very comfortable! Also nice and clean. The staff are great they are very helpful, and good location.

I like the property and the accommodations the only thing I didn’t like is that I didn’t have a balcony and the view was the Chase parking garage. But everything thing else was excellent.

Was ridiculous to check in, I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. The app doesn't work, customer support doesn't answer calls and I was stuck from 11pm to 2:30am trying to find my way to my room because I was never given a fob or access code information in the sonder app and was stranded

There was very little that I liked about this place. I can't recommend it.

This place, the Sonder, in Tempe, AZ has a shabby dystopian/utilitarian vibe. You never deal with a person, even the app isn't set up to deal with human beings. The hotel room showed signs of wear--the base boards were chipped, flakes of paint and particle board had already fallen off. The sink, when I arrived, was filthy--something, I don't know what, left white stains all over its surface. There was something about the size of an olive (but not an olive) dead--whether animal or vegetable, I'm not sure, but rigor mortis had passed--under the stools at the counter. I used one of the kitchen towels to pick it up and throw it in the trash. I woke up every night itching madly, and now I'm terrified I may have brought home bed bugs from my stay there. Oh, and they have privacy blinds but no black out blinds, so the light from the pool area and from the building shone down into my bedroom, making sleep almost impossible. The bed, lumpy and far too soft, ensured I got no deep sleep.
