Sonder at Mill Ave

Our second time staying. One bedroom in comfortable December and three bedroom in the heat of June. We were better prepared for arrival and departure directions. One problem was our door code was wrong but we had the Sonder phone # handy and it was quickly resolved. The room was spacious and comfortable with terrific view. One issue for “guests” is the pool code as it is nowhere to be found in instructions. Plenty of other people were confused too. The property location is excellent but we were inclined not to venture out this time because of the extreme heat, 112 degrees. Plenty of shops and restaurants plus ten minutes from airport. The final night of the trip was marred by a security guard who needs to relax, improve his professionalism and people skills. He harassed my young family for zero reason at all. He needs more training or to be given the opportunity to work elsewhere.

Stayed here before on a previous trip but in a different room. Great location, super spacious, awesome amenities.

There were several items that needed to be either replaced or repaired. The toaster had burned out elements and the one that did work was so hot it burnt the toast in a matter of seconds-setting off the fire alarm. The faucet in the kitchen was loose, the toilet paper holder in the bathroom was falling off. The mattress on the sofa bed had no cushion or topper so you laid on the coil springs.

The stay was pretty good. The property is centrally located in downtown Tempe which made traveling central to all Phoenix area locations. Great vibes in the area around the property. The unit was well furnished and providing everything you would need for a short stay, just as a hotel would provide. The only downside was the bed. It was too soft, but that is a personal preference. Check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy. Parking was available at $20 a day. Toiletries were provided, and there was a washer/dryer in unit. Overall, very satisfied with the stay and would definitely return next time!

It was a great ideal place for downtown! Nice and clean!

I absolutely loved my 10 days at this property for my summer ASU labs. Everything is so convenient. Whole foods is right down stairs, and also so many good food places nearby (and a pool!) The room was so much nicer and bigger than i expected. I will definitely be back for when i come to graduate!!!

Instructions to find how to retrieve the keys can be better. I had a very tough time finding the vault to retrieve the key.

Good location. A bit difficult to get inside with the locker system and figuring out the parking situation at first.

This apartment was perfect for our stay in Tempe Arizona. The apartment was spacious and each room had plenty of storage space. The entertainment room was equipped with plenty of games.

Train is loud-however it does not run that often.
