Pathetic hospitality after becoming St Regis .. it was great as Leela .. I have been to this property in 2005 and again in 2015 on my wedding anniversaries .. again this time we came here on 20th anniversary , we booked a Table at Susegado and have been waiting there since last 30 mins .. though we were confirmed that a special table is arranged for your wedding anniversary .. they finally spoiled my evening .. manager Shankar .. a lost case .. Akriti Goyal , she was our host , she also seem lost or unprofessional .. I will never come to this property ever again .. they need to learn from Oberois and Taj Groups : what a 5 star hospitality means .. I will never recommend this place for any celebrations

Amazing stay at St Regis, like the previous time. The activity options should be increased, otherwise everything is amazing.

All good but for ceiling fans. Beware of it. Can’t trust anyone. Especially the ones who have vested interest in BSE or NSE or any other stocks per say. Thanks

We stayed at the St. Regis end of August for 7 days. It was out of season so there were renovations and the beach bars and restaurants were closed as per government policy. Despite that we had a really great time. We are not big on party and beach so it did not bother us, we enjoyed our beach strolls with less people ;) The renovations were also very well hidden by the hotel so going out of season to this resort does not make you feel you are receiving less or experiencing building frustrations. The hotel and grounds are incredibly beautiful and the staff are very friendly and attentive. Our room was spacious and clean, there were enough towels that smelled so nice. No mosquitos and the airconditioner worked very well. Food and drinks were amazing. We ate at the Italian restaurant Oliveto almost everyday just because the food was that good. We loved talking to Chef Silvio and he spoiled us with the most delicious snacks. But the service is where the gold is, from the moment we were seated, our waiters were masters of hospitality. They were attentive without being intrusive, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. It's rare to find service that is both highly professional and genuinely warm. It's clear that the staff take great pride in their work, and their teamwork were seamless. We highly recommend this restaurant not only for its wonderful cuisine, design and cool atmosphere, but for the outstanding team that serves it. I can also give a shout out to the bartenders and the main mall. They were just as great, serving delicious cocktails and really fun Feni tastings! The pool staff were also really great, we enjoyed the out of season time we went with less people at the pool, so no issues finding a spot next to the pool like at other resorts. Spa messages and facials are good but I feel the building needs a bit of a upgrade. The only comment we could give is that the wifi is not so great everywhere. We can recommend going to Cape Goa for lunch or dinner. Their staff is also really good and the food is really tasty. Lovely fish. Over all we really enjoyed Goa it was much more relaxed than the larger cities and it is really really beautiful. We can really recommend the St. Regis, over all it is incredibly beautiful, it is luxurious, great service, delicious food, well located and the large size is a great plus for a resort.

We had an incredible stay at the resort to celebrate our birthday, and the team made it truly unforgettable. From a beautifully decorated room with our favorite flowers to a heartfelt handmade card, every detail was perfect. Huge thanks to Shavon and the butler team for handling everything with such personal care! The resort itself is massive, peaceful, and packed with things to do without even stepping out. 10/10 recommend staying here whenever you get the chance! Tucked away from the commercialized parts of Goa, the resort offers a rare sense of calm. It’s set along one of India’s most beautiful beaches, with silky smooth sand, no crowds, and the only sounds being birds and the crashing waves. The property is spotless, serene, and the staff are incredibly warm and welcoming at every turn.

Gorgeous facilities in a wonderful location. The gardens are immaculate, staff attentive and the dining options great. We had a relaxing stay for 8 days, allowing plenty of time to enjoy our time in this peaceful hotel.

We stayed at St Regis Goa for 2 nights (it was my second time there) . The hospatility is unmatched to any other hotel in Goa ! Right from the arrival , to the breakfast spread to the meals . Everything was perfect. Their Italian restraunt is really good. Unfortunately it was the monsoon so the beach side seafood restraunt was closed but I have eaten there previously and it is a feast ! Their spa is also a class apart ! We stayed at a villa which had a plunge pool as well

The staff nake it a pleasent place to stay so helpful! And happy! I would stay again purely for the staff!

We had a wonderful three-night stay at the St. Regis Goa. Everything was seamless from the airport pickup to the drop-off. At the lobby we were welcomed with the gong and coconut water. Ritwik and Shubham explained everything clearly and made the check-in process very smooth. We stayed in the Manor Suite — it was large, comfortable, with plenty of charging points. Wi-Fi worked well, toiletries were of good quality, and the shower had excellent water pressure. No complaints on the room front. Afternoon tea at the Manor Lounge was a highlight. Pem and Chef Bharat went out of their way to indulge us, even making off-menu items for our toddler. Breakfast and dinner at Miri were excellent. The spread was impressive and the staff made the experience memorable. Special thanks to Sumit, Elton, Aldrin, Ahana, Bhavya, Cindy, Rebek, and Khizler. Lunch at Oliveto was another great experience — both the food and the service were outstanding. The overall service throughout the resort was fantastic — warm and attentive without being intrusive. The swimming pools, including the Manor Pool, Main Pool, and Kids Pool, were well maintained. Our child particularly enjoyed the kids’ pool and the kids’ club. The lobby is beautiful, and the fish feeding, rabbits, and ducks kept our child entertained. The private beach access is excellent. The beach is clean, quiet, and felt like our own. Overall, this was a fantastic stay and we would happily return. I would rate it 5 stars. If I had to nitpick, I’d say the Manor Suites could benefit from a refurbishment — they are still great but showing some age. I was told renovations are planned. The kids’ club could also be a little larger, but that too is already in the works. All in all, an exceptional experience.
