Restaurant

Advertisement shows pool. The pool was closed..... All ice machines did not work..... And no microwave in a King room. I will never pay for that trash ever again.....

"Not a good Bonvoy choice"

Do not be fooled by the Marriott pics. This place is old, musty and dirty. This should not be a Marriott property but more of a travel lodge or something. This is also a bad area of town so do not leave the property. If not shut down, it should lose its Marriott name

"TERRIBLE"

Went there with my family, the AC broke in the room we were in, staff was very rude about it but eventually switched us to a different room. We asked for a couple extra blankets and the lady acted very annoyed that we even asked for it, then she said they would send some up to our room and never did. It was dirty and I won’t ever come back to this hotel

The room accommodations were horrible. Worst hotel we have ever stayed in. We have 4 people staying, only 3 towels in room. Called over and over, couldn't get anyone. Finally someone answered and said no one was available to bring a towel up. Beds were worst we have ever slept on, spring in my back all night. Pillows-paper thin. Ice machine was broken. It was all around a very unpleasant stay. We have never had a Marriott experience like this.

"Did not stay since the confirmation number was never submitted to the Marriott"

I used booking.com for the first time ever was completely disappointed because the reservation I made did not coincide with the reservation there at the Marriott I have since deleted the application and will not use booking.com again thank you for nothing
