Space is quite spacious. Location close to the American Mall.

Leaked marks on the ceiling of the bathroom. No guest soap, lotion, and etc. No thermostat to control the air. Very old looks from the main reception to the elevator. Unpatched broken walls in some areas. Parking lot for cars were filled up when arrival.

O would like to say thanks for the front desk, morning shift, she was really nice and helpful with me and my family, understanding our needs. 🫰🏻

La ubicación respecto a la zona a la que me interesaba ir estuvo perfecta, si quieres ir a NY tienes el paradero de buses ahi mismo y pasan cada 10 minutos hasta las 2 am, eso fue genial!

El sofacama podria ser mas comodo

Room was as pictured. Breakfast was ok.

Sofa bed is terrible. there is a big stain in it, not sure the origin, but it looks like blood. It was midnight when we checked in so we use it but at other time I would have request room change.

Bed was clean

Cleaning standard was very poor. We didn’t receive any breakfast nothing was available as it was just after 10 I thought it finished at 10.30 .Very rude staff

Convenient to New York City transportation. The rooms are spacious. The continental breakfast is nicely done.

Furniture is a bit dated, but it was in good condition and clean.
