Nice location and looks ok from the outside. People at the desk were pleasant. But once you get into the hotel the shine comes off. The elevators are ridiculously slow, and wallpaper is peeling off the walls in the hallways. Our room had an odd floor plan, but I kind of liked it. Bathroom had a low ceiling with 4 or 5 different access panels. I could overlook all that, but the thing that both of us immediately realized and commented on was that there was no soap by the sink. Only a pump container in the shower. So imagine an entire hotel worth of people with poopy fingers because there was no easy way to wash your hands after using the toilet. Needless to say we didn't eat buffet breakfast either morning. Using common serving utensils that bathroom fingers have been all over. No thanks. Won't be staying at this location again.

Jacqualine was very pleasant and helpful. She explained all aspects of my stay and the lounge and amenities that came with my room made me feel welcomed and worth the cost of my 2 day stay. The room was spacious and clean.

We loved the location. Just a short walk from the cruise port, great local coffee, and an awesome Irish pub. On top of it, I forgot our luggage tags for our cruise, the front desk hooked us up with zip ties so we could tag our luggage. 10/10 great above and beyond service!
