Bed was very comfortable. There was no dining available so you had to leave to obtain meals. The neighborhood was sketchy, a lot of homeless people hanging around the area.
Not worth the money! The hotel and surrounding area are unkept.

Would like a refund....checked in. Went to room...cannot stay here. Neighborhood looks bad, parking lot upheaval. No air in hotel. Smells of bad sewage. Went back down to clerk, asked for refund cannot stay. Says he cannot due to booking at Expedia. Left room keys with clerk. Asked for receipt, he says he cannot will email me one in the morning. Avoid at all costs. We did't stay. We would like a refund !!!!

USLocation off bike trail was perfect, close to Franklin Hotel, my favorite food stop. Pool was refreshing and very clean

Entire property itself was dirty gross peeling paint parts of the building falling apart
USThe rooms AC was broken(it was 90 degrees out during this stay), the bathroom fan didn’t work, room phone did not work, and tv wouldn’t work. We phoned down to the desk multiple times with no solution to help us. The night shift worker was beyond rude questioning if we had snuck a pet in the room when he was trying to get the tv to work. He could not get the tv to work and said we’d talk in the morning. Will not stay again
Stayed here on our bicycle ride along the Erie Canalway Trail. It is right next to a trail and has a swimming pool. It has several grocery stores next door, but they all closed at 8 pm (a good place to grab yogurt or something like that for breakfast). There is a Domino's Pizza and a pharmacy next door.
