Ramada by Wyndham Rome - Verona

The rooms are very dirty. They said it’s non-smoking but the smoke smell. The clothes are not clean square thank you

Room was filthy, our feet/socks were immediately black from the dirty floor, sheets and towels had stains, room as well as stairwell and halls smelled like mold. The vent in the bathroom was disgusting and had long black hairs left in the sink and shower. Wifi didn't work, TV picture quality was blurry. Outside of the building looks abandoned, no upkeep to the property, the Dennys restaurant attached is closed and unkempt. What you see online booking t his hotel is nothing to what it really is. We didn't feel comfortable staying unfortunately the other hotels around were booked due to an event at the casino, so no other place to go. We went to the local Marshall's and bought sheets, blankets and wash clothes and towels at another expense to us. This hotel should be close and Ramada should be ashamed to have there name on this building.

The lady at check-in was very nice good price on the hotel unfortunately even for Ramada by Wyndham not clean poor conditions in our room

Cleanliness was not at all part of this room, opened up the refrigerator and found leftover food i’m guessing hopefully from the previous guest, but who knows left their cleaning rags on the sink from when they “clean “I stayed at Ramada before and never an issue

The first room they gave us smelled like smoke. The second room the showed us had hair on the pillows and marks on the wall and recliner. The hallways had concrete missing from the floors.

All rooms have outside doors. Limited lighting in the parking lot. Bed comforter had stains. Chair in the room was dirty. No soap for the sink. Shower had body soap, shampoo and conditioner. Toilet/shower area floor board was coming off the wall. All mirrors were dirty. Bed and pillows were comfortable enough for just an overnight stay. Wouldn’t stay long term at this hotel.

Do not stay here. May try for a refund. People shooting up out back, someone watching us come and go, the sketchiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Place is dirty, barely slept. Never again

DO NOT BOOK HERE- Disgusting and unsafe—literally falling apart, not cleaned, nothing like advertised. We booked here because it was close to the concert we would be attending. Upon arrival, we noticed that the hotel looked NOTHING like the advertisement photos posted. It appeared to be extremely run down and unsafe just from looking at the outside. However, we gave it a chance and checked it anyhow. We were told how to get to our room and where it was located. Not only did it take us 30 minutes just to find the room located down random halls with all mismatched number, but on the way to our room the entire floors were falling apart, you were almost scared to walk on them. Upon finally finding our room, the entire door was dented and busted in and didn’t even close and lock all the way leaving us feeling more unsafe than when we arrived. We entered the room and there were bugs in every corner, and the room was very unclean. We started the air conditioning since it was so hot and puffs of dirt and dust flew out leaving our room, and us, hard to breath. My cousin and I decided as soon as we entered this hotel that it was extremely unsafe and unsanitary to stay in, but we’re astonished by the room as well. We didn’t end up being in the room more than 20 minutes and we just took our things and left. We didn’t go speak to the front desk because we were already late to the concert, and unfortunately couldn’t even understand the women when she spoke that checked us in.

I hated my stay, the halleays dirty, smelled, the room was dirty, spider webs, not even sure the bed sheets were changed, hair still on the hand soap bottle. Basicaly i will never return and would like to get at least one night back $
