Econo Lodge Traverse City South

No hot water for a chunk of the time. Staff adopted an we don’t care attitude as did o the Expedia customer service people when trying to fix it. Never staying at Econo lodge again.

Easy access

It was one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in in years. The AC worked for an hour; the bed had no box spring and was about 1-1/2 feet off the floor. I had to clean mirror and faucets in a small sink mounted on wall w/no vanity space. Floor was filthy in bedroom. Shower head was like a home shower head with a clip and hose for removal, but it would only squirt towards wall; could not make it squirt towards center. It was a disgusting hotel and should not be on Hotels.com. I would be nervous to use your site again since this hotel was so BAD!!!

Property is not as described. There wasn’t a breakfast buffet. It was only muffins, cereal, sunny d and coffee. Please put ice water out at breakfast for people to cool their coffee off. We needed to out to eat. It was an extra expense we had not expected. The door to my bathroom was coming off the hinges and the window track had mold growing in it and above it. Over all the place is run down. For the price I expected more.

Not like what the pictures showed. Broken wash machine. Very expensive for what it was.

The hotel is really old, and smell bad but the room was remodeled so wasn’t to bad

Would not recommend staying here. Our room had a weird smell to it that I couldn’t quite identify. The room was spacious but furnished poorly. The lighting in the bathroom was very dim and made it hard to see. There was a very small continental breakfast included with our stay. But it was very limited and some of the machines were broken.

It has a strong smelly odor all over the hotel including the room. It had very Thin walls to where you can hear people talking from inside your room. Our bed was full of dirt or some kind of black pieces on it. The shower head would not stay in place, the sink faucet had a leak and we had flickering lights in our room. I would not recommended this hotel. Hotel does not look like pictures on here. Very disappointed!
