Breakfast, very poor!

Not very happy with my experience here. When I got there the TV did not work I had to call the front desk and they had to walk me through how to get it going. The next day when I woke up I took a shower and there was no hot water. I let the hot water run for like two minutes and it was still not hot. So I decided to take a cold shower and after I was done I called the front desk and they said the cold is the hot and the hot is the cold and you need to let it run for five minutes. I don't feel that it was worth $188 for one night sleep.

For the price, this property didn’t measure up in any way. I paid $220 for one night and got this: Shabby, bathroom fixtures needed replacing, lobby wasn’t clean, key cards needed replacing 3 times in a one night stay, miserable “breakfast”, unprofessional front desk. The best thing I can say is that the bed was ok and the shower worked. Unacceptable for over $200! I’ve had better accommodations at $60 a night.

Maintenance was a bit behind. Window screens torn. Two windows in pool room were literally covered with plywood with missing glass. Window in hallway stair was wide open and had broken mechanism and would not close.

Nice beds…….expensive for the room

First room we were provided, some drunkard ran into the wall with his extended bed truck. He didn’t go through—but we didn’t feel safe. Our second room…food in the loud non-working air conditioner, Who know WHAT on mattresses. Window wouldn’t lock. I as wide open when we got in—probably because of non working air conditioning. We left that night. They refused to refund.
