Very nice and quite location.

This was a lovely hotel, and I appreciated being able to access the spa facilities in the evening between 19:00 and 22:00. The breakfast was excellent and it was nice to have kettle and fridge in the room. It is fairly close to the Old Town and on bus routes.

The hotel is very old and no air conditioner Bad experience

Very nice Hotel with a good breakfast selection and staff very helpful, area not ideal as in new town and not near to the main attractions which are in the new town also the Bus station & train station are a 30 min walk away

Rooms were nice and adequate. Staff very accommodating, even made us sanchwiches for our early trip to the airport as we couldn’t have the breakfast. Only thing I would say is pool is very small circle , not expected

We regularly stay here now... whenever we come to Vilnius. It is by far the best in the city within this star/- price category in my opinion.

We arrived to be told we would not be staying at the hotel and they inform hotels.com a week ago. Hotels.com says this was not the case. They said we were going to be put in a like for like hotel but the hotel they put us in had no facilities not even offer a breakfast that we had paid for. We had to walk to grata for breakfast or to use any of the facilities. I had to reorganise airport transfer for our return and all they did was hand me a phone. The attitude of the lady at reception when I arrived was less than impressive as she was telling a guest who was trying to help a drunk gentleman back to his room just to go away and leave, security will deal with him, very rude and no security arrived while we were still there waiting for a taxi at gone midnight.
