Extremely poor breakfast menu. Not even provided bottle of water in room which is truly unexpected. At least breakfast menu could be better.

DO NOT RECOMMEND, UNFRIENDLY, UNETHICAL I booked a room for 4 nights in October 2024 (months before my stay). When my parents and I reached the hotel (after a 20 hr international journey) they couldn’t find it and then said it was not their issue that my booking wasn’t in their system. They asked me to contact booking.com myself and ask for a refund. After 2 hours I had to manually go through their laptop screen and found my name and showed the person there. I asked for a refund later as I had already booked another hotel since the receptionist said we didn’t have a booking, and the manager (Daniel) claims that there were no disruptions. Worst place.
