er was geen personeel alles gaat digitaal ook het inchecken. kamer is schoon en netjes en een fijn bed en goede airco. alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig op de kamer en ook de ligging is prima dichtbij het station. Je moet wel een aardige heuvel op.

de douche heeft een douchegordijn dat verwacht je niet op een kamer van deze prijs en verder past dit ook echt niet bij de uitstraling van de badkamer.

Nice large room, close to Central Train Station.

The location was great. The air conditioning was really nice. The kettle for tea and coffee was nice.

The refrigerator doesn't cool

1.搭10號公車，到Haldenegg站下車，飯店就在公車站前面。 絕對不要用走的去飯店，因為沿路非常多上坡的階梯！扛著行李箱走這些階梯會很辛苦。 2.浴室蓮蓬頭出水量大，水溫穩定，而且旅客不用自備洗髮精及沐浴乳。浴室鏡子有除霧功能（這間是我這趟行程中，唯一有除霧功能的飯店）。 3.有送茶包、即溶咖啡包、兩瓶礦泉水。 4.無鑰匙。可從手機介面直接開關門。 5.插座多。 6.有冰箱、保險箱。 7.床鋪舒服。 8.房間門有一個智能螢幕，可以看到站在房間外的人。 9.有冷氣。 10.有小陽台。 11.有免費的大櫃子可以寄放行李。

1.書桌出現螞蟻。 2.類似民宿，沒有補礦泉水及免費整理房間的服務。 3.晚上睡覺會聽到一樓公車的聲音及行人講話的聲音（戴耳塞就不會有問題）。

Self Check-in un peu chaotique

The best is the location, walking distance to train station and old town. The tram -number 10 from and to airport stops exactly in front of the hotel. The room is a good size, air conditioning working fine, kettle, coffee and tea in the room. The minibar had only 2 small bottle of still water. The lockers were great, big enough for to cabin luggage and backpack.

The room is not clean at all and the towels not change so after two days is kind a small problem (no dryer in the bathroom or balcony). The balcony very very tiny.

The AC barely did anything.
