Fairfield Inn by Marriott Forsyth Decatur

Unfortunately hotel was undergoing renovations and I was assigned a room that was not completely done over Paint small still prominent tv didn’t work No refrigerator or microwave Shade didn’t work and room although advertised as accessible did not meet my needs Although manager confirmed it met hotestsndsrds

It was a descent stay just not worth the money

the fresh paint smell ws overwhelming, no fridge, no microwave, pool was not open, had to ask about amenities

Although they say the rooms are remodeled they are done cheaply. The beds are not comfortable. The room smells. I am sure it was a smoking room at one point. It has affected my allergies. And I always request non smoking The halls lobby elevators etc have not been remodeled and need it badly. The bathroom is so small you cant even get dressed in it.I am glad i will only be in rhe room for 10 hours. I would never recommend this hotel.

So, so on breakfast. Real eggs would be nice, and a waffle maker.

Bed was too hard. Uncomfortable night. Pool was closed, indoor pool ?

When I booked the room, I was not told it was under construction/ remodeling. The room itself was okay. The beds were not that comfortable. The breakfast was fair, watery eggs. It did not smell fresh & clean in the hotel. Parking was limited due to equipment/materials in the parking lot. Management staff were walking around smoking outside. Pool was not working and not notified until checking in. Staff were friendly enough but this room was not the typical standard for a Fairfield Inn and certainly not worth the money.

Hotel under construction it was not a good experience at all

Left too early for hot bfast but was able to get cold items. Beds are well worn. Staff are wonderful!
