"My stay was peaceful."

The staff was very welcoming. They had a nice selection for breakfast. I even forgot my coat in the closet and Kristin called to inform me. Definitely will return when I’m in the area.

"very disappointed"

First off the location is kind of in a sketchy part of town, especially at night. When we first got here, there was no one at the front desk and we needed to wait a few minutes. When we got to our first room, we opened it up to find that it hadn’t been cleaned. The bed was still unmade, towels on the floor and food waste all over the room from the person before us. As we were walking to our second room, we also found a pair of used gloves sitting in the middle of the hallway. We were given a second room without any kind of apology from staff. This second room was okay however the shower flower was disgusting and we found bugs in all of our light fixtures. We will not be staying here again and this place does not meet Marriott standards as a brand.

The front desk guy had on headphones so if you needed something you had to get his attention. Completely unprofessional. Have a “don’t bother me, I’m not here to help you” attitude. In setting up the breakfast, the coffee was the last the to be done. Makes no sense. We used to stay there all the time but won’t bother again. It’s obvious they don’t care if they get our business or not.
