Omni La Costa Resort & Spa Carlsbad

My running shoes went missing from my room during my recent stay. I reported the issue to your staff and requested that the shoes be found or that I be compensated, but I have not received any response or follow-up. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter urgently and let me know how you intend to resolve it.

Enjoyed the spa for the day and all the staff was helpful and friendly.

Skip this hotel. So rude and unhelpful. In addition don’t plan on sleeping it’s so loud. Incredibly crazy they stole my passport temporarily but I still don’t have it. So hopefully I get it soon.

Great stay with great service

Facilities very nice but many maintenance issues in the room and we experienced several customer service issues. In particular the reservation experience was a hassle and even after three in-person trips to the resort to sort things out, they still did not have the correct rooms for us when we arrived. And were not particularly apologetic or helpful resolving the issue.

Have stayed there at least 10 times in one bedroom condo. We love proximity to Coaster, restaurants, the beach boardwalk and the spacious grounds with water view. Its just perfect and friendly professional staff too.

We stayed here for a company conference and it was the best. The rooms were clean and the resort was beautiful with excellent staff! We specifically worked with Deborah Brown who went above and beyond for us and made the whole process for booking 15 people so easy

The grounds are beautiful, a little far from everything but you get your exercise in. I will say the rooms are updated, but the circulation in your rooms are very damp musty and molded had to change rooms. Sheets felt damp and the smell smelled. Like mildew, AC was cranked up to keep the room cool. But did not rectify the problem. Also I think designated rooms that you have dogs in should never be given to people that have dogs or are bringing dogs. Bob's steakhouse was wonderful.Sam was superb server.The outside bar luncheon area.Mj was the best server.Her smile was welcoming and she made you feel important.And inviting
