You need to fix the children playground, is broken and dangerous for kids

The room need some love and upkeep. Although it was large and spacious it needed some maintenance. The carpet had nails sticking up, the bathtub had mold, the patio was dusty and we found trash in the corners of the room. In addition the rooms were not sound proof. You could hear; the elevator every time it arrived, music from the exercise room, and the coming and goings of all the guests around.

Unfortunately, I am a member of this hotel's vacation club. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!! A COMPLETE FRAUD!!!!!!!! They showed us one room, took us downstairs to thei business office, wrote our contract, told us the name of the room we purchased, promised availability, threw in a couple of incentives (never honored) and when we came back for the first time, we were surprised to find we were cheated. It has been three years and the room they give us each time has gone down in quality, location, cleanliness, and comfort.The hotel is run down, the outdoor restaurant is permanently closed, the beachy sandy spot by the Marina is missing the furniture, the playgroundis dangerously neglected (unsecurely borded up high slide, broken swings and garbage all over. Memberships for the gym and pool are sold to the locals and this makes their facilities be overcrowded and hard to maintain. I noticed that the new constructions they promised is not happening. While our "presidential three bedroom suite" is being downgraded, the rooms were we used to stay at the beginning are being upgraded and sold for more money. Our room is supposed to have a mini sink, microwave, fridge and a table. The room we have been sent to lately does not have all that. We werw told that as long as we called 30 days I'm advance, our membership would secure availability this has not been true at all. Now, I can call 10 months in advance, and they tell me our room is not available, only the dingy one on the 5th floor on the other wing. I hope this rwview prevents someone from being taken like we have been. Call any time with more questions (630) 890-9228.
