The view out of the balcony was super, the parking was easy, and generally to staff was courteous. Access to Ensenada is good even if it is a bi of a distance to the town.

There were a number of issues. We were expecting the 4 or 5 star hotel (as advertised) but the reality was quite different. The carpeting seemed quite worn and needed replacing. The hallway tiles in spots need replacing. Having some sound absorption in the hallways would help with the night time noise. The biggest issue we found was blood on the pillow and bottom bed sheet. We had checked in late and did not check the bed and pillows the night before.
