Needs more grab bars in the bathroom

Breakfast was great. Bountiful. Love the clean rooms and comfortable beds.

The hotel is centrally located and fit our needs which was a college tour. Check in was seamless and the desk clerk friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. The buffet style breakfast was hot and tasty. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

The room doors do not close quietly as with other hotels we have stayed. We had a double queen which was nice! However, the bed closer to the door was hard to get in and out from the left side (facing the bed) as it was close to the wall.

Really beautiful and clean rooms I have ever stay in holiday inn before. Newly renovated and quiet and clean. I will be back every time whenever I will come in the town.

We stayed at this Holiday Inn Express for a youth soccer tournament and were shocked to discover a $250+ “damage” charge added to our bill weeks later. After speaking with other families who were present, it appears the hotel staff may have mistaken a member of our family for someone else involved in an incident that evening — another Asian family. The possibility that this misidentification was influenced by racial bias is deeply troubling. What followed made the situation even worse. The hotel’s management and staff were unprofessional, dismissive, and slow to respond, despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue. A simple acknowledgment of their mistake and removal of the charge would have been enough. Instead, we were met with silence and a lack of accountability. This was, without question, the worst customer experience I’ve had at any hotel.
