"All and All not bad"

The staff was very friendly. The bed was very comfortable but there were several things in the room that needed attention. They were broken or rusted. The air conditioner was amazing and it was very hot in Florida. I left the room cleaner than I found it but it was a pet-friendly hotel and that was important to me. They should list that it is $25 per dog per night, I was not expecting that extra cost.

It wasnt bad. We used the pool a lot. We were in and out at different hours of the day and had no problems. Its quiet the staff is helpful.

It was mainly the fact that we didn’t get to check in and we were lucky enough that there were still rooms available. I had got an Email from y’all saying we were all good to go and check in and i do and they say the reservation isn’t there even with the reservation code. We ended up having to pay a couple hundred more than expected which sucks when your on a family trip and you come with a specific amount of money.

This hotel was not good in any way- beds weren’t made properly, and there were clothes behind the bed that wasn’t even ours and was from whoever stayed there before us. Also, the shower drain always got clogged and the restroom wasn’t in the best condition as it was clearly worn out. Do not recommend this hotel for families it is not good at all and you can get a better one for. We had a bad experience!!

Nero and Shakira started ya off great and was a pleasant experience all around after. Good alternative when you don’t need to stay ON the beach
