The breakfast was great, and easily located in the reception area.

Please provide the rooms with more coffee packets! One is simply not enough! The exterior of the hotel is quite dated, especially compared to the hotels across the street.

Traveling with a cat, room was clean, but a little stail smelling, but fine. The hotel is very well kept. Staff friendly, and breakfast good.

Clean comfortable rooms. Lots and lots of outlets for my life support equipment. Always a big plus.

If you can see that yellow paint in the picture, those mark two HIGH steps. For two old people it made getting our gear into the room extremely difficult! If there was handicap access, it wasn't pointed out or immediately visibe.

The location to the freeway is perfect and the gas stations around the location have a pretty good selection of food. There are a few food locations nearby. The staff at the counter was very friendly.

We travel with a 10 pound chihuahua that never touches the floor, and is toilet trained. We pay the pet fee and tell the staff. This location must have “dog rooms” that smelled like a kennel. I understand that the nicest rooms probably won’t take pets, but a total slum seems disrespectful to people who travel with pets.

Clean room, comfortable bed, convenient to local restaurants. Easy to find & close to freeway.

Easy to get in and out of parking lot. Easy to find. The bathtub was HUGE!

Maybe it could use some renovations I guess.

The room smelt like urine. I understand that I had a pup, who is cleaner than some humans by the way, so you put us in dog specific rooms however, you people need to rip out that carpet and put in flooring. It was absolutely disgusting. So disgusting that I left at 5 am after not sleeping all night. After a long day of travel, it was extremely disappointing that I will never stay, nor will I recommend your brand to anyone. It is such an easy fix and fairly inexpensive for a hotel chain to do to rectify the problem. Stop being greedy and make the experience pleasant for your customers.
