Days Inn by Wyndham Tucumcari

No one at front desk at breakfast..ran out of eggs ..Apple juice..no ketchup available..all because of no one at front desk

The room stunk so bad of dog and cat urine I had to leave after 5 minutes. I went down to the front desk and they were not willing to help with changing rooms so I told them to cancel the reservation and I went across the street to the LaQuinta.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable

Was told Noone was on floor above us because renovations weren't done. Someone was walking with heavy footsteps and squeaking floors from 5pm to 10pm and started again at 5:30am. I could have slept better in my car.

I apparently stayed here without my knowledge. The hotel keyed in my CC number from someone who had a fake card with my info on it. I spent the last 2 days trying to reach the hotel on the phone, even going as far as having Wyndham Corporate reach out. No one answers the phone....ever....so the person who stayed the night at my expense is on the way. Don't trust this location - they don't check ID or verity the card holder is who they say they are. We will be pressing charges if the hotel does not cooperate with the police. The was the third transaction in 2 days over Memorial Day Weekend and unfortunately we did not know until it was too late.

Room was nice. Seemed newly remodeled.

Hallways were dirty with pizza boxes strewn around. No soap bars in bathroom.

Nothing, didn't stay after seeing property and not being able to get a 1st floor room.

No elevator to the 2nd floor, not able to accommodate us with a first floor room. Lobby which doubled as the place for breakfast was dirty.

Did not stay breakfast area not very clean Our room was behind hotel did not feel safe breakfast area had dishes in it left over from breakfast this is were you check in first impressions went down hill from there this was my first bad experience

Clean, convenient, reasonable price.

Trashy area behind and next to the property. Also, We ALWAYS pick up after our dogs but clearly many others aren’t as courteous. (I understand this is not the property owner’s fault!)
